What are your customer service hours?
Our order desk is open Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm, PST.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
We ship the same day on all chop and length orders received before 1:00pm, PST.
What do I need to know about ordering from you by phone?
It is our policy to read back and confirm all phone orders. Please listen carefully to make
sure your order is correct. After an order has been repeated back, we consider it to be correct and begin processing it. Credits will not be issued for chops cut according to these specifications.
Can I place an order over the internet?
At this time, you can place an order through our website using the form located under the "ordering" tab. Please do not send any secure information through the form. A customer service representative will give you a call to confirm the order and ask for any payment information at that time.
Can you join a frame for me?
What is your Max Service?
The Max Instant Joining system is a joining system where we route a channel in the back of your frame and give you the plastic plugs used to join. Instructions are available upon request.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship F.O.B. UPS ground for chop & join orders, unless otherwise specified. In the western U.S., we use On Trac for uncut length orders, where they deliver. Other length orders are shipped per your request. Receive free UPS when you order 5 or more chops! (Freight allowance given outside continental USA)
What is your allowance?
An allowance of 1/8" is added to all wood chops unless ordered otherwise. Metal chop allowance is 3/32". The minimum size is 5-1/2". Please refer to the Chop Footage Chart for further details.
How do you handle backorders?
Customers are notified by phone when backordered items are available to ship. Backorders will not be automatically shipped unless requested.
Can I get samples from you to display in my showroom?
Samples are joined and ready for display. Many free samples are available. Please call 800-645-3344 or contact us through our website using the form located under the "contact" tab for more information.
What are your terms?
For those with established credit 2% discount/10 days Net 30. Past due accounts will be placed on C.O.D. and will not be eligible for free freight. To establish credit, please return credit application. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa at time of order. Credit card orders do not qualify for cash discounts.
What is your return policy?
At Garrett we guarantee our quality and accuracy 100% and will replace any moulding that does not meet your standard. Please make claims upon receipt of merchandise. No credits will be issued for mouldings that have been joined or returned inadequately packaged. Thanks.
Why does the sun seem to shine brighter since I put up my samples from Garrett Moulding?
While we can't guarantee this will happen in every case and we don't know the scientific reasoning, we've had numerous reports of the above effect happening in various locations around the world!
